Senator Hussaini Empowers APC Ward Executives, Restores Kazaure’s Historic Palace

Senator Babangida Hussaini, the Walin Kazaure, has paired grassroots politics with cultural renewal in Jigawa North West — donating 127 motorcycles to APC ward executives while also commissioning the rebuilt Dambo Palace, seat of the Emir of Kazaure.

At a rally in Kazaure town attended by Governor Umar Namadi, APC leaders, and hundreds of supporters, Hussaini said the gesture would strengthen ward structures ahead of 2027. “Together, we are building a stronger, united, and progressive Jigawa North West and Nigeria at large,” he declared.

Governor Namadi hailed the initiative as a model of people-oriented leadership, stressing that the motorcycles would improve mobility and deepen engagement across 12 local government areas.

The day’s second highlight carried deeper symbolism. Hussaini unveiled the modernised Dambo Palace — a project he began in 2019 — complete with new apartments, living quarters, and a council chamber. Emir Najib Hussaini Adamu praised the senator for preserving the dignity of the emirate, praying for his continued service.

Since 2023, Hussaini has rolled out scholarships, classrooms, farm inputs, youth start-up grants, and stadium upgrades. With his latest twin gesture — empowering party grassroots and restoring a royal seat — he signalled a dual ambition: to fortify his party’s base while safeguarding the heritage of his people.
