The National APC Youth Coalition (NAYC) has endorsed Ambassador Julius Stanley Aluebhosele, popularly known as the Oba of Youths, for the position of All Progressives Congress (APC) National Vice Chairman, South-South.
At a press conference in Abuja on Friday, NAYC said the endorsement followed wide consultations and was based on Aluebhosele’s loyalty, grassroots appeal, and contributions to youth empowerment.
NAYC National Coordinator, Comrade Charles Osagie, commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for stabilizing the APC and for youth-friendly appointments.
He also lauded Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, for his youth-inclusive governance, urging the party to zone the position to Edo.
Describing Aluebhosele as a philanthropist, employer of labour, and committed APC loyalist, the coalition appealed to stakeholders in the South-South to rally behind him to strengthen the region’s voice and deepen youth inclusion in party leadership.
The coalition pledged continued support for President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and reaffirmed its commitment to the growth of the APC and democracy in Nigeria.
