Yar’Adua Reassures Katsina Central of Stronger Security, Legislative Backing in 2026
Senator AbdulAziz Musa Yar’Adua, who represents Katsina Central in the Senate, has greeted his constituents on the New Year, assuring them of improved security and stronger legislative advocacy in 2026.
In his message, the senator expressed gratitude for the continued support of the people of Katsina Central, while acknowledging the district’s ongoing challenges. He pledged to collaborate with stakeholders, including the federal government, to address pressing issues.
“Key priorities for the year ahead include improving security, infrastructure, healthcare, education, and economic empowerment,” Senator Yar’Adua said. He urged political leaders to work together and called on constituents to engage actively with community leaders and provide feedback on governance matters.
Highlighting the district’s strategic importance in Nigerian politics, he also encouraged the political class, particularly members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), to support President Bola Tinubu’s administration and its Renewed Hope Agenda.
“As we bid farewell to the past year and embrace new opportunities, let us reflect on our achievements and envision a future filled with progress and prosperity,” he added.
On security, Senator Yar’Adua assured constituents that efforts are underway to increase the employment of security personnel at the federal level, ensure Katsina Central is well-represented, and procure modern equipment to tackle insecurity across the district and the country.
He further reiterated his commitment to representing the interests and concerns of Katsina Central with dedication and integrity. “Be assured that you have a strong advocate in the Senate, working tirelessly for your well-being,” he said.
