The Speaker of the Niger State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Abdulmalik Mohammad Sarkin-Daji, has described Governor Umaru Mohammed Bago as a visionary and pragmatic leader whose transformative governance has given Niger State a new lease of life.
In a statement issued by the Acting Head of Media and Public Relations, Mairo Adamu Mani, the Speaker lauded Governor Bago’s leadership on the occasion of his 51st birthday, highlighting his commitment to infrastructure development and inclusive governance.
Sarkin-Daji particularly commended the Governor for fostering a robust and respectful relationship with the 10th Assembly, emphasizing that his adherence to the principle of separation of powers reflects his leadership quality and character.
“Your approach to governance leaves no doubt that Niger State is on a path to greatness,” the Speaker stated, pledging the Assembly’s continued cooperation in advancing the administration’s development agenda.
