Group Lists Benefits of Ruba’s Candidacy for 2027 Reps Seat

A political support group has outlined what it described as the far-reaching benefits of electing Yakubu Abdullahi Ruba (SAN) as the member representing Hadejia, Auyo, and Kafin Hausa Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections.
In a statement issued by its Special Assistant on Media Affairs, Aliyu Sa’id Ibrahim, the group presented the senior advocate as a competent and reform-driven figure with the capacity to deliver impactful representation at the National Assembly.
The group said Ruba’s extensive experience in law and governance, particularly his tenure as Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Jigawa State, positions him to sponsor and support legislation that directly addresses the developmental needs of the constituency.
According to the statement, his proposed legislative agenda would prioritise critical sectors such as education, healthcare, agriculture, and youth empowerment—areas considered vital for improving livelihoods and boosting economic growth across Hadejia, Auyo, and Kafin Hausa.
It added that beyond legislative duties, Ruba is expected to foster unity and peaceful coexistence among the constituency’s diverse communities, noting that social stability is essential for sustainable development.
The group further expressed confidence that the candidate would leverage his professional network to attract federal presence, infrastructure, and development projects to the area.
Rallying support under the slogan, “Integrity, Competence, and Progress for Hadejia, Auyo, Kafin Hausa,” the group urged residents to support what it described as a credible option for effective representation, stressing that the 2027 elections present a critical opportunity to secure purposeful leadership and long-term development.
