Dangote Refinery Denies Shutdown, Boasts 40m Litres Petrol Daily Supply

The Dangote Petroleum Refinery says it delivers over 40 million litres of petrol and 15 million litres of diesel daily, dismissing rumours of an operational shutdown.
In a statement, the company described reports of fuel shortages as false, stressing that the facility remains fully operational with truck loading ongoing. It explained that recent sales of Residual Catalytic Oil are part of routine operations and not a sign of disruption.
Challenging speculators, the refinery invited buyers to place orders for its daily fuel output over the next 90 days, reaffirming its commitment to transparency, energy security, and resisting the importation of substandard fuels.
