The National Organising Secretary of the Labour Party(LP), Oluchi Oparah, has extolled the Governor of Abia State, Alex Chioma Otti, on his third anniversary in office, saying his administration has redefined governance and restored public faith in leadership.
In a congratulatory statement issued on Friday, Oparah described Governor Otti as a visionary leader whose administration has continued to inspire hope and confidence through what she called a people-focused style of governance.
She said the governor’s stewardship over the past three years has reflected courage, discipline, compassion, and a strong commitment to the welfare of the people, adding that his leadership has positioned Abia among states witnessing visible transformation.
According to her, Otti’s governance model has become a source of inspiration not only to members of the Labour Party but also to many Nigerians seeking accountable and responsive leadership.
“Through your visionary leadership, hope has been renewed, confidence restored, and the people continually inspired by your dedication to service and development,” she stated.
The LP National Organising Secretary further commended the governor for remaining focused on development and service delivery despite challenges, noting that his efforts have continued to attract admiration across the country.
She prayed for God’s guidance, strength, protection, and wisdom upon the governor as he continues to steer the affairs of the state.
Oparah also expressed confidence in Otti’s political future, declaring that his achievements and connection with the people would pave the way for a successful second term.
“May no weapon formed against you prosper, and may every challenge before you become a stepping stone to greater success,” she added.
Governor Otti assumed office in 2023 on the platform of the Labour Party and has continued to receive accolades from party stakeholders and supporters as celebrations trail his third year anniversary in office.
